SHIPPING INFORMATION

Signatures: (non-installed purchases)

Ground shipments: typically do not require signatures. It is the customer’s responsibility to request a signature to be required at delivery, and we do not take responsibility for orders stolen or tampered with after successful delivery.

 

Tracking information:

We will provide tracking details in a timely manner to allow our clients the ability to identify a delivery date and make any necessary arrangements. Please note that some items, including adjustable desks, will ship via freight carrier.

Ground Shipping: (non-installed purchases)
Where applicable, all items will ship via standard ground service using the best method for each application. In many cases items will be left at a delivery address unless a signature delivery has been requested.

Freight Shipments: (non-installed purchases)
We will provide tracking details as soon as they are available so our clients can make the necessary arrangements to accept delivery. It is the responsibility of the client to verify the shipping address and all contact information. This is especially important for desk delivery and freight shipments. Working closely with the freight company will ensure a smooth delivery. Failure to coordinate delivery may result in storage and consignment fees at the end-user’s expense.

Someone must be present to accept any freight delivery as these items will not be left at an address without a signature. All adjustable height desks / tables will ship via freight carrier.

It is our standard policy that all freight carriers for deliveries to be “curbside”. This means that, even though these items can be very large, clients will responsible for bringing items into a location from the original drop-off point.

Please retain all boxes and packing material in the case of damage or possible returns.

If additional delivery services are required, please request them at the time of purchase; tailgate delivery and inside delivery are billed to the purchaser as additional services.

 

Shipping Damages:

All shipping damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Please take photos of any damage to both the packaging and the product.

It is very important to thoroughly inspect all items before signing any delivery slip and to note any and all damages or shortages in writing, on the freight documents. Please retain all packing materials and boxes associated with the shipment, as these may be needed to complete a claim.
