Return Policy

All returns require a RMA:
All returns must be approved by The unDesk and a return authorization number (RMA) must be issued prior to return shipment.

All returns are handled case-by-case:
Due to the unique shipping requirements of adjustable height work surfaces, each return request will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Restocking Fee:
If your order was for less than 10 units, and you choose not to keep your order for whatever reason, your return will incur a 25% restocking fee.

Orders over 10 units considered final*:
*Excluding defective product or inaccurate product (what was ordered was not delivered), all orders containing more than 10 units are considered final and are ineligible for refund.

“like-new” Condition:
We ask that you please do not throw away any packing materials associated with the shipment.

Returns must be received in “like-new” condition and in the original factory packaging. Additional charges will apply if an item is received that is not in “like-new” condition or that is not in original factory packaging. After a return has been fully inspected by our staff, refunds will issued less shipping charges and any other possible damage fees. Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days to process the refund.

Shipping costs for returns:
Outbound and return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Because of the size and weight of these items they are shipped via freight carrier and on pallets so delivery and pick up must be carefully coordinated.

Any special delivery fees associated with a return will also be deducted from refund amounts.
